Do you remember Blake? He is the special baby boy who was born with a condition called Gastroschisis. He has done SO well that he was released from the hospital today (a couple weeks earlier than expected). That means that this little guy will be meeting his big sister Natalie, for the first time, on Christmas eve… What an awesome present! I have so enjoyed photographing his journey from birth to heading home to meet the rest of his family. I’m so grateful to have been able to tell his story.
